RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR ADMISSION
 
Parents/ guardians desirous of taking application form for registration of their wards for admission are requested to note the following important rules, regulations, terms and conditions in respect of registration, admission and withdrawal.
 
» One Application Form is applicable to one student only.
» Application for Admission will not be accepted unless address is complete with pin code and telephone number.
» Transfer Certificate and Memorandum of Marks in Original (to be submitted before 30th June) which admission will be automatically cancelled and fee will not be refunded.
» The College reserves the absolute right, as its discretion, to the admission of any student for reasons such as:
 
» On the grounds of discipline or serious breach of conduct.
» Failure to pay the college dues.
» Failure to observe the rules and regulations of the college.
» Irregular to the college.
» The tuition fees should be paid two times in a year, the first installment at the time of admission, the second installment by 5th October.
» The college fee has to be paid in time. Late fees of Rs.100 / - will be charged for first 5 days after the expiry of the last date. After the 5th day and during the next 10 days, readmission fees of Rs 250/- will be charged. Beyond 10 days the admission will be cancelled automatically.
» Conveyance facility (only for girls) provided by the College is an optional one and will be given only subject to availability and convenience of route.
» Conveyance fee for the whole year has to be paid at the time of admission. If the students discontinues the services in between transport fee will not be refunded.
» The fee is to be paid either in cash or by cheques.
» Fee once paid will not be refunded or adjusted under any circumstances.
» Those who are admitted into the college and who subsequently wish to withdraw (during the academic session) for whatever reason, will forfeit the entire fees paid and also have to pay whole years tuition fee.
» In case of long leave or absence, all fee is payable for the duration of absence and no concessions on any fees is allowed.
» Discontinuation without information will forfeit the entire fees and will not be entitled for claim on admission or refund of fee.
» Absence for more than 10 days without prior permission from the principal will require readmission.
» In case of prolonged sickness and absence, Medical Certificate should be issued by Civil Surgeon.
» When a student has to leave early, the parents are asked to take prior permission from the Principal.
» Dress Code: Students should come to College decently dressed. Any student who does not adhere to dress code is liable to punishment.
 
For Boys: They are permitted to wear only shirts and trousers or. T-shirts are strictly not allowed.
For Girls: They are permitted to wear only salwar suits. Jeans & T-shirts are strictly not allowed. Students are not permitted to wear heavy/garish make-up.
» Wearing Valuable jewelry, watches etc., to college is not advisable.
» Carrying mobile phone or any communication device to the college is strictly prohibited. If any student is found carrying such things will be dealt seriously and may result in a short time suspension or cancellation of the admission. Such kind of devices will be seized permanently.
» All the above rules and regulations are subject to change without any prior notice.

Any change of address or phone number shall be immediately notified to the college, if not the college will not be responsible for future communications about your child's progress or problems.
 
Documents to be enclosed
» Two stamp size & three passport size black & white photographs with white background (not more than 3 months old).
» Original Bonafide Certificate.
» Transfer Certificate and Memorandum of Marks in original (to be submitted before 30 th June), failing which the admission of the applicant stand cancelled.
